Upon your reservation, a 10% non-refundable deposit is due within ten (10) days of receiving the contract. Final payment and exact menu counts are due three (3) weeks prior to your function date.

SPINACH MANDARIN SALAD Fresh spinach leaves, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, feta cheese, tomato wedges, and poppyseed dressing.

CHEF'S SOUP OF THE DAY

FRUIT PINACHE An array of sliced seasonal fruits.

COURTYARD SALAD Mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, carrot, radish and herbed croutons with house dressing.

~ ENTREES ~ Groups of 20 or more are limited to 2 entree selections. All entrees include chef's selection of garden vegetables, potato or rice, fresh baked bread, dessert, and choice of beverage. Vegetarian entrée available upon request.

BAKED LEMON SOLE Tender fillet of lemon sole baked and served with tarragon sauce.

ROAST PORK Slow roasted pork loin, served with apple sauerkraut and rosemary demi-glaze.

CHICKEN BREAST MARSALA Seasoned medallions smothered in a flavorful mushroom and marsala wine sauce.

TILAPIA Baked filet served with a lemon Beurre Blanc and garnished with fresh chives.

FETTUCINI ALFREDO WITH SWEET PEAS Sweet peas tossed in a light alfredo sauce over fettucini pasta.

STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST Filled with our Chef's own herb dressing, with Poulette Sauce.

TRADITIONAL ROAST TURKEY BREAST Sliced white turkey breast accompanied with fresh herb stuffing, cranberries and turkey gravy.

ROAST SIRLOIN OF BEEF Sliced prime sirloin served in its natural juices.
