In keeping with the spirit of the 1950’s and today’s performance, our Executive Chef is pleased to offer the following specials.

  • PEGGY SUE POT PIE - Tender chunks of chicken, peas and carrots in a light cream sauce, baked in a light flakey crust.
  • OH BOY, LIVER AND ONIONS - Sautéed calves liver with bacon and onions, served with Chef’s choice of vegetables.
  • BUDDY’S BELT BUSTER - Ground chuck meat loaf, roasted slowly with fresh whipped potatoes in a mushroom sauce.

FIRST COURSE

  • ESCAROLE, WHITE BEAN AND SAUSAGE SOUP - Our specialty! A hearty soup you must try.
  • CHEF'S SOUP OF THE DAY - Made from fresh market ingredients.
  • FRUIT PANACHE - An array of sliced seasonal fruits.
  • COURTYARD SALAD - Fresh mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, carrot, radish and herbed croutons with choice of dressing.
  • CAESAR SALAD - What a wonderful version of the classic!
  • MESCLUN SALAD - Baby field greens with dried cranberries, walnuts and tossed with a raspberry vinaigrette.

MAIN ENTREES

All entrees include chef's selection of garden vegetables, choice of potato, rice or pasta of the day, and fresh baked bread.
  • ROAST SIRLOIN OF BEEF - Sliced prime sirloin served in its natural juices.
  • TENDERLOIN SHISH KEBOB - Tender pieces of beef marinated and skewered with fresh vegetables. Served on a bed of wild rice and a light teriyaki glaze.
  • TRADITIONAL ROAST TURKEY BREAST - Sliced white turkey breast accompanied with fresh herb stuffing, cranberries and turkey gravy.
  • GRILLED PORK CHOPS - Center cut pork chops, grilled to perfection and served with apple sauce.
  • CHICKEN BREAST MARSALA - Seasoned medallions enhanced by a flavorful mushroom and marsala wine sauce.
  • CHICKEN ASIAGO - Filled with spinach, shiitake mushrooms, asiago cheese, fresh basil and mustard demi-glace.
  • CHICKEN FETTUCCINI ALFREDO - Sliced grilled chicken breast on a bed of freshly made fettuccini and sweet peas, in a light alfredo sauce.
  • WALLEYE PIKE - Fillet of pike, sauteed with a lite egg batter and topped with diced tomatoes and fresh basil.
  • ORANGE ROUGHY - Seasoned filet, baked and served with lemon dill sauce.
  • TILAPIA - Sauteed filet of Tilapia served with a lemon Beurre Blanc sauce and garnished with fresh chives.
  • SALMON EN CROUTE - Filet of salmon; layered with fresh spinace, mushrooms and scallions nestled in a thin layer of puff pastry, served with tarragon sauce.
