Our 360° Virtual Tours require a "Java Enabled"
Web Browser to function correctly. Most modern web browsers (Internet
Explorer, Firefox, Opera etc.) are Java enabled on installation and
should display our 360° Virtual Tours just fine. However, settings
get changed, files get corrupted, and occasionally it may become necessary
to make a few adjustments to get everything working again. Below are
a few steps you can take that should take care of any display problems
you're having with our Virtual Tours.
1. Verify Your Java Installation
Go to the address below and click the "Verify Installation"
button to verify that you have the latest version of Java installed
for your operating system. If you don't have Java installed on your
computer, or you don't have the latest version, you will be instructed
how you can download and install it.
